SafeCall is available every day. You can call between 10am – 5pm , and text us between 10am – 10pm. Our dedicated helpline team is available to respond to messsages via our online chat between 5:30pm – 10pm .
What happens when you contact us

• You can stay anonymous (we won’t know who you are or where you are unless you choose to tell us)
• We won’t track you or try to identify you
• We’ll only involve others if you ask us to or if your safety is at serious risk

SafeCall is a free, confidential service run by the charity Missing People. We support young people across the UK who are thinking of leaving home, have already left, or are at risk of exploitation. We also help friends, family, and professionals who are concerned about someone’s safety.
